Meet DCRSP

Better routes. Less carbon. Cost efficient.

DCRSP pools your late-shift employees into shared taxis home. It finds the cheapest fair grouping, orders the cars from your taxi provider and shows you where every euro went.

What you get
  • Better routes

Road times come from real maps, the drop-off order is planned for the driver, and nobody's ride grows by more than 15 minutes.

  • Less carbon

Colleagues who live near each other share one car instead of a taxi each, and fewest kilometres is one of the grouping rules. Less driving, less carbon.

  • Cost efficient

The cheapest fair grouping wins every night, cars come at your provider's existing rates, and every euro shows per ride, per employee and per office.

The DCRSP film: one night, from booking to the last drop-off

78 seconds · with sound

Why DCRSP?

We turn the night shift into shared, well-planned rides.

Today someone groups people by hand, rings the taxi company and hopes the bill makes sense at month end. DCRSP does the grouping, the ordering and the bookkeeping, every night.

Built for
late-shift offices

Book a demo

Every possible grouping of tonight's riders is checked, and the cheapest one wins only if each person stays inside their detour cap.

About DCRSP

Built for the night. On purpose.

Late shifts end when buses have stopped. Getting everyone home safely should not depend on one tired team lead and a spreadsheet.

The idea

Three people who live ten minutes apart should not take three taxis home at midnight.

And nobody should have to work out who goes with whom, call the taxi company and reconcile the bill at month end. That is the job DCRSP does.

The DCRSP team
Sofia, Bulgaria
  1. 22:30

    Booking closes

Riders booked the 23:30 car on their work PC during the shift. Late changes are still taken until now.

  2. 23:00

    Cars are ordered

DCRSP locks tonight's groups and orders each car from your taxi provider. Each rider gets one email with a link.

  3. 23:20

    The chat opens

Ten minutes before departure the group chat opens on the trip page, and the plate appears when the driver is assigned.

  4. 23:30

    Everyone heads home

The driver follows the planned drop-off order. The trip page closes when the ride is completed.

Who uses it

One system, five kinds of people.

Each person sees only what they need, with company sign-in and an audit trail.

Book tonight's ride on the work PC, then follow the car on the trip page from their own phone. No app and no extra password.

How it works

No guesswork. Four steps a night.

Riders do the first one. DCRSP does the other three while the shift is still working.

  1. // 01

    Book at the desk.

Riders sign in with their company account and book tonight's slot on the work PC. Their home address is set once, with the exact pin where the car stops.

  2. // 02

    DCRSP groups the night.

When booking closes, it checks every grouping and picks the cheapest one that keeps each rider inside their detour cap, with road times from real maps.

  3. // 03

    The cars are ordered.

Each car goes to your taxi provider with the right seats and the stops in order. If a car is late, your admins hear about it first.
